We work on many delicious recipes regularly in Class and warming scents of baking and cooking often waft around the school to tempt students and staff. At the moment we are practising a no bake desert with ginger nut biscuits, meringue,boiled and then cooled rhubarb and cream all layered in a glass and chilled in the fridge. Yumm!!!
At the moment we are paying special attention to our Junior Cert students who will be taking the Home Economics Exam on June 12th. We wish them the very best of luck.
